How do I know that my order has been successful and when my shipment will be shipped?

You will receive an email when we accept your order and the goods are shipped.

I’ve lost my instruction manual. Can I get a new one?

What should I do if i recieve the wrong items?

We apologize for any shipping errors. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the received item, and we will arrange the delivery of correct one the soonest.

How long is the Jovikids warranty?
